Kendall John

Hello, I’m Kendall John! I’m 22, a Leo, and my favorite color is currently green! This past December I graduated from VCU with my studies in Marketing and Media.

With this new chapter beginning, I decided I wanted to share more about my passions for marketing and business. From a young age that I was interested in business and quickly became captivated by how the media was able to capture attention and earn a response from the public. I'll never forget the moment of creating my first instagram account in 5th grade and quickly realized the influence it had on the lives of me and my peers. Little did we all know at the time the role social media would end up playing in shifting society into the digital age.

Curiosities like this led me to dive deeper into understanding business in high school, taking every elective offered and joining clubs like DECA and FBLA. I quickly realized I’d want to pursue a degree in Marketing and set my sights as far as hoping to one day earn an MBA.

Now with over 3 years of experience working as a freelancer, I consider myself a Digital Marketing Specialist. My services typically includes but definitely aren’t limited to: social media management, creative direction, event production, e-commerce development, and much more! With every project I work on, I view a new challenge and am eager to jump in and solve problems, create and strategize to help businesses reach their full potential.

Now that I’m officially a college graduate, I plan to continue to pursue freelance opportunities, which I’ve built in tandem with earning my degree. I’m so excited to find out what the future has in store and I look forward to sharing more soon.
